Marketing
What is Marketing?
Marketing is the analysis of customers, competitors, and companies
to understand what opportunities exist in the market and how to
position and sell you product or service. In a broad sense, it is the
different methods used by a company to develop, differentiate and
deliver the organization's products or services to the final consumer.
Marketing involves a variety of decisions affecting product, price,
promotion, and distribution.
You will learn to effectively assess market and business situations,
analyze trends, identify and describe potential markets, conduct
marketing research, and complete marketing plans. Through the use of
modern case studies and classroom discussion, you will learn how to
evaluate an industry, prepare sales forecasts, develop strategic
marketing alternatives and provide corporate recommendations for the
future.
